The GMFF is the leading film fund in Israel supporting short films. The fund supports most of the independent short films produced in Israel, as well as the best graduation films made in the Israeli film schools. We also initiate numerous creative programs for short films in order to encourage emerging filmmakers, as well as established ones, to thrive in this magical format. We provide our filmmakers with close professional and artistic guidance and our logo has become a mark of cinematic quality. Many of the films supported by the fund participated in the best international festivals and won numerous awards, including the American Academy Awards, Cinefondation in Cannes, Berlinale, and many more.
